ROGOB is one of the largest producers of meat and sausage products in Moldova. Cutline carried out a full rebranding of the company — from a new brand platform to packaging and store visual identity — creating a cohesive visual language, recognizable at every customer touchpoint.
Situation and analysis
The brand faced a choice: enter a new market or expand its audience?
The main source for hypotheses were: the ROGOB team and category shoppers. In-depth interviews were conducted with consumers across different meat-purchasing scenarios, as well as extensive interviews with the client's team: the marketing director, regional managers, procurement managers, chain managers, store managers, and the company's chief technologist.
Rogob has a quality product, proven over time by thousands of customers, but the market demands new solutions.

Grill Cafe
Original illustrations were created specifically for the packaging of a fast-food café chain's products, conveying the dynamics of city life, the atmosphere of movement, and the enjoyment of everyday moments. The visual style helps build an emotional connection with the consumer, adding personality and recognizability to the brand.
Packaging design system
Special attention was given to the packaging design system for the company's products. By that point, ROGOB's range had grown to dozens of items with mismatched, outdated packaging — each category operating by its own rules: different fonts, different color logic, different degrees of shelf trust in the product. Cutline rebuilt the entire line into a unified shelf system: it reads at a glance and stays recognizable across every category — from classic sausages to deli products and semi-finished goods. A unified grid, color-coding by product group, and a consistent information hierarchy let shoppers navigate the range in seconds.
Result
Rogob didn't get a set of layouts — it got a coherent system.
A range that had grown haphazardly for years spoke with one voice for the first time: a single shelf logic instead of dozens of disparate packages. The brand gained a clear trajectory — it's now clear where to take the range and how to introduce new products without breaking the system.
Consistency on the shelf isn't about aesthetics. It's predictability for the shopper and manageability for the business.
Thank you to the ROGOB team for the trust and great collaboration!
