Esushi — the largest network of Japanese cuisine restaurants in Moldova. Our task was to develop a comprehensive branding strategy, including a logo update and a complete rethinking of the packaging for the delivery service.
Evolution of an iconic brand
We developed a new brand strategy, updating the visual identity and packaging structure. The result was an innovative packaging system designed for more effective organization of dishes, ingredients and accessories, thereby ensuring a superior user experience.
The previous logo had readability issues and technical difficulties in printing and placement. Our goal was to increase brand recognition through the modernization of the graphic symbol. We refined the color palette, restructured the typography and simplified the central symbol, removing unnecessary details to achieve a clean and memorable form.
At the core of the packaging design lies the Eastern legend of the Four Celestial Guardians: the Black Tortoise (North), the Azure Dragon (East), the Crimson Phoenix (South) and the White Tiger (West). Inspired by this myth about the protection of the cardinal directions, we created a series of exclusive illustrations that turn each box into a captivating visual story.
